Attention to all BGSS Art students:

This is a blog created for your “E-Learning” day.

After studying the online art package (Powerpoint Slides on SOVA), you are to visit this blog and complete the homework. The instructions are as followed:

Sec 2 Express/NA
1. Write a reflection on your favourite Southeast Asian artist (introduced in the E-learning package) at least 100 words long. DO include reasons on why you like the artists and your favourite piece of artwork done by the artist.


2. End off with your name, class and register number.

3. Please email to us your reflection so that we can help you upload your work for others to see.

Sec 2 NT

Sec 3 Express/NA
1. Write a piece of reflection on any 2 of the artists/artworks mentioned in the learning package in no less than 150 words. Your reflection should include analysis of the subject matter, style of painting, purpose and background of the painting if you are doing a reflection on a piece of artwork; otherwise, if your reflection is on a particular artist, please include the artist’s style, the movement in which he was in, who are the people influencing on his painting style and lastly, your personal opinion on his works.


2. Do end off with you name, class and register number so that we can track down who has completed his/her work.


3. Please email to us your reflection so that we can help you upload your work for others to see.

Sec 4 E/NA & 5 NA
1. Write a piece of reflection on any of the artists/art works mentioned in the learning package in no less than 150 words.
